Red Rooster Web provides web design, local SEO, and digital marketing services to South Florida small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements.
Payment
Project work requires a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before site launch. Monthly services are billed on the first of each month.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom work created for their project. Red Rooster Web retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
