Tech Support Questions
WordPress is our primary platform, but we also support Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, GoDaddy Website Builder, and most hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk). For email, we work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, and most standard mail setups.
For most issues we’ll ask for temporary admin access to your WordPress dashboard or hosting panel. We can also work via screen share if you prefer to stay in control. All access credentials are deleted after the session and never stored.
You pay for actual time used, billed in 30-minute increments. If your fix takes 45 minutes instead of 2 hours, you pay for 45 minutes. Pre-purchased hour blocks: unused hours roll over and never expire.
Yes. For urgent issues (site completely down, active hack, critical form broken before a big event), call or text directly at (561) 466-6756. Emergency after-hours rates apply: 1.5x standard rate. During business hours, most urgent issues are addressed within 2 hours.
Absolutely. If a support session reveals that your site needs a redesign, SEO work, or ongoing management, we’ll talk through options. Tech support hours are credited toward any larger project if you decide to move forward within 30 days.
